As of Thursday 9th February 2012 the Alcora (Model No. S740) and the Corella (Model No. S741) have been discontinued from the Roma Medical scooter product range.

We are pleased to update you with the news that the Lugano power chair has a maximum user weight of 21 stone and not as previously stated, in brochures and catalogues, that its capacity is 18 stone. To confirm – The Sena = 16 stone / Malaga = 18 stone / Lugano 21 stone.

The new City Walker (Model no: 2465) is the brand new rollator by Roma Medical. This product will be released in the early part of October 2011.

Congratulations to the whole Team at G E Bridge who recently marked their 135th anniversary with a successful open day. We were proud to be invited to the event, which was held at their Bournemouth facility, and work together in partnership to offer customers service and advice on the day. We would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone for their generous feedback regarding the new website. The response has been extremely encouraging and we would like to share with you some of the stats achieved since the site went live on the 6th of June. First day = 22,943 hits and since then we have averaged over 15,000 hits per day. We wish to develop this into a proactive approach to develop sales leads for our dealer network. More details on how this will work to follow over the coming weeks.

As part of the new website, we have developed a Virtual Tour of the Bridgend facility. The tour includes a full 360 degree rotating and user interactive view of areas such as: The manufacturing department, assembly section, loading bay, sales office and the showroom. Roma Medical have recently signed an agreement with Tesco to advertise on TV's located within the cafe/restaurant area of 5 major stores in South Wales. The stores are: Bridgend, Llanelli, Talbot Green, Swansea and Upper Boat (Trefforest). All leads generated will be forwarded to relevant dealers throughout the country.
